I completely love Jenni Kayne's collection right now. The relaxed, flow-y dresses and subdued prints are a great look for spring. The top gown is especially gorgeous. I picture someone just throwing their hair up in a pony, wearing minimal makeup and looking absolutely stunning in this fitted gown. 

My personal favorite is the white, trapeze gown that appears as if someone went nuts with watercolor all over it. It makes me want to be by the beach. ahh 

Obsessions for the day

I'm having a bit of a rough day today. Don't you hate when some things just don't work out the way you thought? Well my spirits were slightly boosted when I received my new UO catalog in the mail and fell in love with everything for spring. Surprise surprise. You would think with the above items I would be in more of a "peachy" mood. No seriously, I am loving the pale peach, nude tones and denim for spring. I added the floral sunglasses to add a little cheer to my otherwise disappointing day. That's just life I guess.

The Scarlett Letter

I never used to like Scarlett Johansson. I thought she was incredibly overrated and never understood why so many guys drool incessantly over her-- until now. Look at her! She has finnnallly gotten away from that bleached look and looks INCREDIBLE with her chocolate brown locks. Her style seems to have gotten better and better too. I am certain her and Dolce & Gabbana are meant to be together forever and ever. Maybe it is because she is a married woman now. She just has this mature glow to her that I love. Good for her. 

Crayola Crayons

I am obsessed with the rainbows and sunshine that Marc Jacobs 2009 Fall collection exudes. Every piece is so cheery and colorful, I can't help but grin. Hot pink is a fabulous shade for spring too. 

I think I am finally read to step away from the dark side and push my black and gray clothes to the back of my closet.
