Megan Fox who????

Everyone seems to be making such a fuss over Megan Fox in the new Transformers movie. The above photo is Isabella Lucas, who is also in the Transformers and I think she is 100 times prettier than Megan Fox. I don't understand why she doesn't get more credit. Look how gorgeous she is!

Mesh it up

Although I don't believe I have the courage to wear this revealing Zimmerman one-piece, I am completely in love with the mesh insets throughout and the narrowing fabric in front. It would be completely adorable and flattering on--minus the wicked tan lines. Can you tan through mesh? TBD 

I also thought quite highly of this amazing Emilio de la Morena number Leighton Meester wore to the MTV Awards. This girl has serious style.

I slightly resembled a kid in a candy store or a Paleontologist in the Cretaceous Period this past week when I stumbled into this shop in Laguna Beach. We were mostly just strolling and window-shopping; chatting with a few jaded store employees, but nothing too exciting. That is until I walked into this heaven-like boutique.

At first glance it appeared to have a country-western vibe to it, which I won’t deny a nice pair of cowboy boots, but mostly it’s not my style. I came to this conclusion from the burst of pale florals, camel-color riding boots, and denim galore. Once I took a closer look, to my astonishment, I discovered the bleached denims, the studded converses, the tapered tanks, and the leather. Oh the leather! The store was bursting with vintage motorcycle boots with studs, cropped denim vests, and bright floral Erin RVCAesque dresses.

I have to say LF had one of the coolest window displays I’ve ever seen. It seemed as though everything was just strewn about, but it was definitely well designed.

The girls that worked there looked like if they took a photo, it would be the cover of the store's catalog. They weren’t too friendly but when you’re rocking thigh-high, lace-up boots, a knit beanie, and studded denim jacket---you don’t have to be nice to me.
