I am really loving Elizabeth Olsen lately. She's clearly gorgeous, but I also can't help but wonder how tall she is. Next to her sisters she looks my height (5'10) but this also could be a "Kardashian Situation" which makes her like Khloe, who in photos appears ogre-like, but in reality only does comparatively to her freakish, miniature sisters.

October FOURTH

I was literally in the process of photoshopping these exact four photos I retrieved from the internet to blog about my love for Miranda Kerr's classic, French-like style, but then I realized Studded Hearts beat me to it. So I decided to just post them anyway because my four readers probably wouldn't know the difference.

She's so chic and I just love her cute, perfect little family and their ability to take the most perfect pictures while running from paparazzi in the airport.

I'm currently listening to the new album Siberia by Lights. I actually BOUGHT it this morning, which is strange because I'm known to steal all my music. It's actually pretty decent and different from her other stuff. I like the rap interludes and that she sings about cacti in the valley. But I am from Arizona and like rap so I might be biased.

I just really, really like her... As a seasoned MK & A believer, (we have the same birthday. Gemini's!) for me it is somewhat startling looking at Elizabeth's face. She very much resembles her sisters, but is... I don't know. Better looking? Taller? Smiles with her teeth? Whatever the case may be, I can't wait to see her movie Martha Marcy May Marlene.

#NYFW pt. 3

Photobucket

I apologize for the lack of creativity I am displaying by simply posting more runway shots from New York Fashion Week. I can't help it because I am loving the pastels, cat eyes and flowy fabrics seen here from Jonathan Saunders. I promise after this I will put a little more oomph into my posts. I personally just like looking at the looks collectively to uncover a pattern in his vision.

Just a few of the many looks I loved from Karen Walker's Spring 2012 collection. She proclaimed Martin Scorcese's Taxi Driver as her inspiration behind this collection. I personally have always considered Jodie Foster's character as a style icon with her short shorts, florals and suede raspberry platforms.

Irene's a comin'

This week's looks I like.
So I'm sitting here, in my room, debating whether I should go stock up on bottled water and nonperishable food in preparation for the hurricane New York is expecting this weekend, but then I thought some more and decided to go buy some wine & fashion magazines and call it a day.

Girl's Got Street Style

I'm a big fan of Zoe Saldana. Even though I absolutely adore everything she wears on the red carpet, I decided to post some of my favorite street style looks of hers. Not only is she stunningly beautiful but she always looks effortlessly styled. I am fond of her simple button-downs, cinched-waists, and I especially enjoy her flared jeans.
I decided to also share with you this Funny Or Die video starring two of my favorite street style girls, Kate Bosworth and Zoe Saldana. I have no idea why but I find this to be unbelievably hilarious.

Changes

After nearly 4 years of sporting a short haircut, I've decided it's time to grow my hair out. I've attempted to do so before but I always caved and cut it off after the first day it took longer than two minutes to style. What can I say, my motto has always been "no muss no fuss." This time I am sticking to my guns with the goal of a chin length bob in mind. As seen on Arizona, Dianna and Olivia above.
Also, my hair cut has become seemingly trendy amongst starlets like Ashlee Simpson, Vanessa Hudgens, Emma Watson and Evan Rachel Wood, which is another reason to make a change. I prefer not to be that trendy. Wish me luck!
